Personal Profile
Hu Yanmei, female, born in July 1969 in Jianli City, Hubei Province. Enjoys artistic creation. Her works draw inspiration from tradition while pursuing innovative expression, featuring distinctive compositions and meticulous brushwork, enthusiastically celebrating the beautiful phenomena emerging in the new era. Currently a member of the China Gongbi Painting Association, the China Women Painters Association, Vice Secretary-General of the Jingzhou Municipal Artists Association, and Vice Chairman of the Jianli Municipal Artists Association.
Since 2002, she has devoted herself to art study and creation. Since 2018, her artworks have been selected nine times for national exhibitions organized by the China Artists Association (two of her works have been collected by the China Artists Association), qualifying her for membership in the China Artists Association. She has also been selected seven times for provincial exhibitions hosted by the Hubei Provincial Artists Association.
Her work "Warm Autumn" was selected for the "Global Ink Painting Exhibition 2021" in Hong Kong.
