  Qin Mengfu, male, Tujia ethnicity, from Yichang, Hubei, China. Member of the China Society of Dramatic Literature, Member of the Hubei Writers Association, and Member of the Yichang Calligraphers Association. He has won the Fifth China Dramatic Literature Award and the First National Dramatic Culture Award. Published the collection of drama and folk arts: "Mountain Village Stage".   In 2017, he received the Outstanding Work Award in the "Chongyang Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2017, he won the Outstanding Award in the Sino-Australian Twin Cities Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, jointly organized by the Kaifeng Sotheby's Cultural Arts Development Center and the Australian Calligraphy Association.       In 2018, he won the Outstanding Award in the "Great Love Xinjiang" Charity Calligraphy and Painting Competition and the First Prize in the First Wují Cup National Calligraphy and Painting Grand Prize Competition.   In 2018, he received the Second Prize in the National Annual Conference of Poets, Calligraphers, and Painters; in 2019, he won the Second Prize in the Eighth National Folk Calligraphy and Painting Masterpieces Competition. In 2019, he won the First Prize in the Shenzhou Cup National Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition for Ballpoint Pen Calligraphy. In 2019, he won the First Prize in the "Dongpo Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Miniature Competition.   In 2020, he participated in the Anti-Epidemic Special Calligraphy Exhibition hosted by Calligraphy China, China Sketching Association, and the Yichang Calligraphers Association. In 2020, he won the Second Prize in Calligraphy at the Ninth National Folk Calligraphy and Painting Masterpieces Competition.         In 2021, he won the Gold Award at the Tenth National Folk Masterpieces Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
