Teaching Experience

Born in Zhuan Dao Township, Minhe County, Qinghai Province, in 1965;
Joined work in September 1983; joined the Communist Party of China in July 1987;
Retired in September 2020, having served 38 years in primary and secondary education (also serving as calligraphy teacher and Young Pioneer counselor);
Awarded the title of "Teaching Expert" by Minhe County in 2006;
Awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Pioneer Counselor" by Minhe County in 2008 and 2018;
Awarded the "30 Years of Teaching in Rural Schools" honor certificate by the Ministry of Education in 2016; repeatedly honored as "Outstanding Educator" and "Outstanding Party Member" at county and township levels;
Awarded the title of "Outstanding Rural Teacher of Qinghai Province" in 2012;
Awarded the title of "Excellent Teacher, Yaju Le Qinghai Scholarship and Teaching Fund" in 2019;
During this period, emphasized teaching research: in 2012, the lesson "Calmness in the Face of Adversity" won second prize in Qinghai Province's Teaching Demonstration Competition;
In 2006, the paper "Emphasizing Young Pioneer Organization Construction to Build a Harmonious Campus" won third prize in the China Education Society's Paper Evaluation;
In 2011, the paper "Building Communication Platforms and Strengthening Oral Training" won first prize in the Qinghai Provincial Education Society's "Ye Shengtao Cup" Paper Competition; in 2018, the submitted paper won first prize in the National Primary and Secondary School Multimedia (Paper) Competition.

Since childhood, has been passionate about calligraphy art, taking ancient masters as teachers: practiced regular script from Zhao Mengfu's "Danba Stele"; practiced running and cursive script from Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi, Sun Guoting's "Lanting Xu," "Shupu," and "Shengjiao Xu" and other ancient rubbings. Since 2013, has devoted himself to the study of wild cursive script, making "Zixu Tie," "Gushi S tie," and "Zhu Shangzuo Tie" daily practice. Through persistent dedication, has achieved modest success on the artistic path.

Won silver award in the 2002 "Dreaming of the World Cup: Chinese Calligraphers' Masterpieces Exhibition";
Won bronze award in the 2013 "Second Lushan Cup Chinese Calligraphy Masterpieces Exhibition";
Won gold and silver awards multiple times in Qinghai Province's Teachers and Students Calligraphy and Painting Competitions from 2005 to 2015;
Won the "Excellent Work Award" in the 2005 "China Film Century Calligraphy and Painting Competition";
Participated in the 2015 Qinghai "Liuwan Pottery Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition;
Participated in the 2017 Qinghai Second Silk Road Hua'er Art Festival Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition;
Won an excellence award in the 2018 National Online Calligraphy and Painting Competition;

Has participated in multiple training sessions organized by the China Calligraphers Association, studied under contemporary masters such as Bu Xiyang, Hu Limin, Liu Hongwei, and Fang Fang; apprenticed under contemporary leading young calligraphers Zhang Xiancheng, Zhang Xurui, Ma Taiping, and Wang Xindong; holds greatest admiration for contemporary cursive calligraphy masters Liu Hongbiao, Zhang Xuguang, Wang Houxiang, Xu Youbing, Zhang Zhiqing, and Li Maojiang.

Attended the advanced class correspondence course at the China Calligraphers Association Training Center from 2002 to 2004;
Attended the Hu Limin-led calligraphy training class hosted by Haidong City in 2013;
Attended training at the China Calligraphers Association Western Education Base in 2017 (instructors: Bu Xiyang, Lin Xiu, Cui Shuangsheng, Zhang Zhiqing);
Attended the China Calligraphers Association's Qinghai and Tibet Public Welfare Calligraphy Training Program in 2017 (instructors: Liu Hongwei, Fang Fang, et al.);
Attended the Ma Taiping-led calligraphy training class in 2018;
Attended the "Haidong City Arts Talent" training program hosted by Wuxi Municipal Party School in 2019 (instructors: Wang Jianyuan, Ding Jianlin, Fei Jialong, et al.);
Attended the Wang Xindong-led calligraphy training class in 2019;
Attended the Zhang Xiancheng-led calligraphy training class in 2020;
Attended the Western Public Welfare Calligraphy Training Program hosted by the Qinghai Provincial Calligraphy Association in 2020.

Art has no bounds, yet life is short; I now feel even more precious the remaining years of my life. Over the past three decades of artistic pursuit, I have deeply felt the profundity of calligraphy art and the arduousness of the learning path, while also enjoying the boundless joy and benefits it brings. "Hold your hand, love you till old age"—calligraphy has become deeply woven into my life. As long as I live, I will never forget my original aspiration, remain steadfast, and continue to share hardships and joys with calligraphy art, striving to enhance my skills and strengthen my belief, dedicating my humble efforts to inheriting and promoting the national treasure of Chinese art.
