Yang Sheng

Yang Sheng, style name: Putuo Jushi, Yixin, Jin Waizi. Published a collection of essays and held calligraphy and painting exhibitions. His works have twice won the "Gold Award" in national exhibitions and is a National First-Class Artist. In March 2015, he was awarded by the Hong Kong Academy of Calligraphy and Painting as: Contemporary Calligrapher and Painter with the Greatest Collection Potential. In July 2017, he was included in the "Encyclopedia of Calligraphers and Painters" and rated as: Most Influential Calligrapher and Painter in China. In recent years, his artworks and literary works have been published in major periodicals such as "Chinese Reportage Literature", "Tuanjie Newspaper", "Jian'nan Literature", and "Mianyang Daily".His artworks have been frequently donated to charity sales for education assistance, disability support, and medical aid. Numerous pieces have been used by government agencies, chambers of commerce, private enterprises, religious organizations, cultural departments, etc., for cultural exchanges at home and abroad. He serves as Deputy Director of the Cultural and Art Committee of Minjin Mianyang Municipal Committee, Academician of Minjin Kaiming Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, Standing Committee Member of the CPPCC Santai County Committee, member of Mianyang Artists Association, and member of Mianyang Writers Association; concurrently serving as Chief Advisor of Jiangyou Dianshui Public Welfare, and Lifetime Advisor of Santai County Love and Aid for the Disabled Association.
