Wan Yanyun, female, born in 1979, from Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Art Design from Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute. First-class Ceramic Art Master of Heilongjiang Province, Senior Technician (National Level One), China Light Industry Ceramic Designer, Jiangxi Province Master of Arts and Crafts, Member of China Arts and Crafts Association, Member of Jiangxi Artists Association, Member of Heilongjiang Ceramic Industry Association, Member of Jingdezhen Artists Association. Studied under renowned contemporary ceramic artist Gong Xunming and Jiangxi Province Master of Arts and Crafts Chen Xiaoqing. Her landscape and bird-and-flower paintings are refreshingly innovative, naturally unique, blending the brushwork and ink charm of traditional Chinese painting with the romantic and elegant aesthetics of the new era.
