Qiu Pu: Qiu Pu, female, postgraduate, from Jiujiang, Jiangxi, currently residing in Guangzhou. Formerly employed by schools, government agencies, and state-owned enterprises. Current calligraphy teacher of the China Calligraphers Association. Deputy Secretary-General of the China Southern Academy of Painting and Calligraphy. Director of the China Artisans Association, Master Artisan. Beijing Renhe Academy of Painting and Calligraphy Academician. Member of CETⅤ Central Education Television Ink and Wash Painting Academy. Vice President of the Mo Yintang Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, Chaozhou Branch. Signed artist of CCTV Culture China, China Influence. Guangdong Creation Base of China Painters and Calligraphers Magazine, calligrapher of Guangdong Yunshan Academy of Painting and Calligraphy. Member of the China Hard-Pen Calligraphers Association. Signed artist of YiHuaYun. Hong Kong Professional Painters and Calligraphers Association Honorary Vice Chairman. Member of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles Calligraphy Association. In 1978, participated in the National Youth Calligraphy Competition; regular script "Spring Fills the Garden" won second prize. In 1995, won second prize in the Guangzhou Cultural Arts Festival calligraphy competition. In 1997, won an excellence award in the calligraphy competition hosted by the Guangzhou Cultural Center. In 1997, won an excellence award in the Guangzhou “Hong Kong’s Return, Mirror Reunited” calligraphy competition commemorating Hong Kong’s return. In 1999, won an excellence award in the Guangdong regional calligraphy competition celebrating Macao’s return to the motherland.  In 2014, held the “Southern Country’s Book Fragrance, Full Moon” painting and calligraphy exhibition in Guangzhou (broadcast by Guangdong TV). In December 2016, won first place and first prize in the National Second Ten-Thousand Calligraphy Competition. The Heart Sutra has been presented as a national gift to international friends. In February 2017, invited to participate in the “Liu Li Chang Spring Five-Artist Exhibition” in Beijing. Also collected by the Qiu Xijian Memorial Hall in Thailand. In March 2017, participated in the Three-Artist Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. In May 2017, participated in the Ten-Artist Collective Exhibition of Cultural Workers. In 2017, China Post published a limited-edition commemorative stamp set titled “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration and Continue to Move Forward,” in celebration of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In September 2017, two works were collected by the Liu Haisu Art Museum. In October 2017, selected as one of China’s Top 100 Painters and Calligraphers, included in the “China National Conditions Yearbook.” On January 10, 2018, invited by China Education Television to participate in the recording of the Ink and Wash Painting Spring Festival Gala. On June 26, 2018, featured in a special interview on Guangdong Television. In July 2018, won an excellence award at the Third Lanting Exhibition.
