Zhang Jiaxing

Zhang Jiaxing, Professor, entitled to special government allowance from the State Council. Native of Shangrao, Jiangxi, residing in Beijing, specializes in large-scale ink wash painting, particularly known for depicting water buffaloes and landscapes. Former Director of the China Radio and Television Information Network Research Institute, he was the chief designer of three major national networks in the radio and television system: the national microwave transmission network, the satellite transmission network, and the national trunk network of China's cable television. Member of the China National Government Agencies Artists Association, Research Fellow of the China Radio and Television Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
