Lin Shengwen, male, was born in Tieling City, Heilongjiang Province in 1958. He began working in 1976 and started engaging in political and ideological work in 1981. In 1991, he entered the business sector and worked in various industries in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, including large shopping malls, heavy machinery enterprises, advertising and decoration companies, and landscaping firms. He is a Senior Engineer, First-Class Art Master, and a National Gift Calligrapher of China.

In his youth, influenced by his brothers, he gradually developed an interest in calligraphy, then devoted himself to copying classical models and honing his skills diligently. He thoroughly studied and understood the cultural connotations of Chinese calligraphy art, laying a solid foundation by meticulously imitating the steles and manuscripts of ancient masters such as Wang Xizhi of the Jin Dynasty, comprehending their subtleties and absorbing their essence from the model texts. He has great interest in seal carving and appreciates the works of many modern and contemporary masters, successfully integrating these influences with his own characteristics to inherit and promote the art form. Some of his works have won major awards, been published in magazines, and received multiple reports on television and online media.
