Personal Profile

Zhou Yunkun, courtesy name Fuyu, art name Yi. Also known as the Scholar of Shiyi Mountain and Master of Guose Hall.Born in 1981 in Guilin, Guangxi,Enrolled in Guangxi Guilin Academy of Fine Arts in 1999,Further studied at the Chinese Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 2006. National First-Class Artist,Vice President of the Chinese Peony Painting Research Institute,Young Artist and Contracted Painter of Rongbaozhai,Member of the Guangxi Branch of the China Artists Association,Currently resides in the ancient capital of Luoyang, engaged in research and creation of peony ink paintings. Work "Sea of Flowers" was selected for the 5th China Earth Sentiment Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition in 2010, hosted by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. "Peaceful Pigeons of Wealth and Honor" won the Excellent Award at the 4th China National Minority Painting, Calligraphy and Photography Exhibition in 2015.
