Lei Qiwei

Lei Qiwēi, styled Dinghe, art name Yinzhu Shanren and Zifeng Xuan Master, is from Guilin, Guangxi. From a young age, he was raised under family instruction and immersed early in calligraphy, practicing diligently without pause. He studied regular script under Ouyang Xun, and running script under Liang Shizheng, Wen Zhengming, and Dong Qichang, following the tradition of Wang Xizhi, gradually developing his own distinctive artistic style. His calligraphic works have been exhibited multiple times and awarded honors, earning favor from all sectors of society and being widely collected.
