Qin Rongfang, from Guilin, Guangxi, graduated from the Beijing Academy of Painting, specializing in flowers, birds, fish, and insects. She is currently a member of the Huizhou Artists Association and a academician of the Beijing Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Academy. Her mentors include Professors Zhang Shijian, Wang Huichun, Fu Shifang, and Guo Shifu.She has devoted over a decade to in-depth research on the techniques of flower, bird, fish, and insect painting, gaining profound insight into traditional Chinese methods while introducing innovative elements. She pursues an artistic realm characterized by serenity, emptiness, and spiritual transcendence. Through her brushwork, she conveys the subtle variations in weight, speed, and rhythm of expressive lines, expressing her deep understanding of art and rich emotional world.
