Lin Fangquan, pen name Lin Jianxiong, member of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association.
 
Originally from Zhanjiang, Guangdong, a Communist Party member, graduated from Shenzhen University. Has been engaged in fine arts education for nearly ten years, cultivating a large number of outstanding students.
In recent years, he has conducted field trips and created works across various regions. His works frequently participate in major national painting exhibitions, have won numerous awards in various competitions, and have received commendations. Many of his works are permanently collected by individuals and institutions.
 
In 2008, multiple sketch and color works were retained by the university; four works were collected by Shenzhen University Library and received collection certificates.
In 2009, the work "Village" was selected for exhibition at Dafen Art Museum. The work "Contemplation" was selected for the exhibition commemorating the 88th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China in Nanshan, Shenzhen, and was included in the exhibition catalog.
On January 1, 2010, multiple works were selected for exhibition and sale at the Zhongshan Cultural Consumption Festival.
In March 2010, "Zhen" was selected for the Shenzhen University Student Art Exhibition at Duodao Gallery.
In 2008 and 2010, respectively, received inclusion in the National College Student Works Yearbook.
In 2012 and 2014, received the Gold Medal for Outstanding Instructor at the International Children's Art Competition (ICAA).
In 2012, was shortlisted for the Outstanding Teacher Works of the Children's Seven-Spot Ladybug Network.
In 2013, became the Artistic Childhood (International) Children's Art Education Director.
In 2014, was rated as Outstanding Teacher of Artistic Childhood.
In 2013 and 2014, consecutively served as an Outstanding Talent and Public Welfare Teacher at Yuanling Experimental Primary School, Shenzhen.
In 2015, was responsible for teaching and inheriting the watercolor sketching style of Xie Bingyong.
In December 2015, multiple works were exhibited at the Nanshan Culture and Sports Center, joining the ranks of Art Dreamers.
In 2015, successfully selected as a Contemporary Model Figure (326 nationwide); his portrait and works were included in the book "Realizing the Chinese Dream: Era Models," published by China Literature Publishing House.
In 2016, the works "Professional Woman" and "Rain Shade" were selected for exhibition at the Hong Kong Cultural Exchange Center.
In 2017, the work "First Rain Street" was selected for the Fourth Shenzhen Plein Air Exhibition at Bao'an Art Museum.
In 2018, multiple works were selected for the national issuance of the "Belt and Road" themed Chinese postage stamps.
In 2019, the works were included in "Collection and Appreciation of Famous Chinese Artists."
In 2019, the works "Bridge" and "Portrait" were shortlisted for the Chinese Couplets Society's "Calligraphy and Painting Entering Campuses." The work "Detached State No.1" participated in the national exhibition "Colorful Autumn, Art Embodies China."
In 2020, won the Award for Outstanding Instructor at the 21st Shenzhen Reading Month "2020 Shenzhen Youth Hand-Drawn Shenzhen Creative Competition."
In 2021, honored with the title "Representative Figure of New Era Calligraphy and Painting, Offering Tribute to the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference" for outstanding achievements and contributions in the field of Chinese calligraphy and painting.
