Personal Profile

Huang Lianchang, born in 1943, is from Meixian, Guangdong. He is the founder of Lianshengxuan Art, a calligraphy and painting art. He is a retired soldier and a member of the Communist Party of China. As a child, he loved calligraphy and painting. Under the guidance of his tutor (Professor Huang Xinwei from the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts), he mainly focused on Chinese landscape and flower-and-bird paintings. He has joined various provincial, municipal, and county art associations as well as the senior calligraphy, painting, and photography association. He has been interviewed by the CCTV program "Traveling Across China," and many of his works have been collected by collectors at home and abroad.
