Lin Jing, from Shantou, Guangdong, with ancestral roots in Sanrao, Chaozhou. She has been inheriting family learning since childhood, studying painting, calligraphy, poetry and literature under the guidance of her mother, and has received instruction from teachers such as Wang Lanruo, Liu Dawei, and Zhou Huijun. She is skilled in flower-and-bird paintings, and her calligraphy style is based on Wang Xizhi, Mi Fu, and Wen Zhengming, especially excelling in cursive and running scripts. Representative works: "Spring Arrival", "Eagle", "Good Fortune - Blue Peacock", "Jiangnan Landscape", "Playing Insects", "Foraging", "Heart Sutra", "True Water Has No Fragrance", "Qinyuanchun Snow", "Contemplation of Self", "Chu Shi Biao" and so on. Some of her works have participated in various national and provincial exhibitions and have won awards, and many works have been collected by collectors at home and abroad.
