Ma Jianguo
Personal Profile
Ma Jianguo, born in 1974, is from Gansu Tongwei and currently resides in Yumen, employed by the Yumen City Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau for Urban Management. He is currently a member of the China Association for Couplets, a member of the Gansu Calligraphers Association, a member of the Jiuquan City Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of the Yumen City Calligraphers Association, and a participant in the first national grassroots calligraphy backbone training class organized by the China Calligraphers Association in 2019. In May 2014, he held a personal calligraphy exhibition at the Yumen City Art Museum; in August 2015, he held a personal couplet calligraphy exhibition in Tianshui City. He has been commended by the Publicity Department of the Yumen Municipal Committee and the Yumen City Federation of Literary and Art Circles as an "Outstanding Cultural and Artistic Worker" in the city, a recipient of the city's "Top Ten Cultural and Artistic Works," and won the inaugural Yumen Cultural Award awarded by the Yumen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Yumen Municipal People's Government.
