Zhao Yongsheng, artistic name Zhao Yihang,pen name Yi Bing Ba Yun,art teacher and performing artist of the art troupe. Graduated from Hexi Art College. Major in Fine Arts, minor in Dance Performance and Popular Music Vocalization. Member of the Linxia Prefecture Artists Association, Wuwei City Artists Association, and Kangle County Artists Association. Member of the Kangle County Writers Association.
