Duan Hanzhao

Duan Hanzhao, courtesy name Yuan Ye, was born in 1946 and is originally from Guang'an, Sichuan. He graduated from the Art Research Institute of Shanghai University. He is currently a member of the Sichuan Artists Association, a member of the Chongqing Artists Association, and a member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association. He is also a researcher at the China Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Society, a specially commissioned painter at the China Foreign Friendship Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and vice president of the China Democratic Calligraphy and Painting Association. Each year, thousands of his calligraphy and painting works are auctioned and collected throughout China and abroad.
