Recipient of numerous awards, including the Grand Prize at the "China Chang'an National Youth Painting Exhibition" and the "Chinese People and Environment" Creation Exhibition. During his youth, he lived and worked on Mount Lu for many years, gaining profound insight into its true essence. His work "Mount Lu" was selected by the Jiangxi Province News Photo Agency as a special supplement, widely circulated both domestically and internationally, laying a solid foundation for his mastery, inspiration, and intuition in Chinese landscape painting. While extensively studying, inheriting, and promoting the essence of classical Chinese landscape paintings by renowned masters throughout history, he has persistently painted for decades. He has established close mentor-friend relationships with more than ten national-level senior painting masters, maintaining continuous online and offline learning and discussions. He has traveled extensively across China’s famous mountains and rivers. Drawing from tradition without being bound by it, he remains closely connected to contemporary times. Adhering to the essential principles of traditional Chinese painting, he integrates elements of Western art such as light and shadow, achieving a harmonious blend of expressive ink-and-wash techniques and vibrant coloration, forming his unique artistic language—painting what he feels. He has created a substantial body of works rich in humanistic spirit, philosophical depth, balanced form and spirit, poetic imagery, grandeur, and broad appeal, earning widespread admiration from the art community and collectors. His works are collected and highly prized by prominent individuals in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian regions. In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, his passionate and vibrant series of one hundred paintings titled "Shenzhen · Dapeng" emerged naturally. When publicly exhibited, it attracted continuous crowds and deeply moved and inspired viewers. All news media in Shenzhen and Guangdong Province, along with CCTV and China Overseas Television, competed to interview and report on the exhibition. Viewing his works evokes a sense of serenity and immersion—as if one is physically present within the paintings, journeying alongside the magnificent landscapes of our motherland, and experiencing a profound connection with nature. They further express the harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature, both within and beyond the canvas. This is the soul and mission embedded in the artist’s work—and its true artistic value!
