Xie Weidi, pen name Shao She, also known as the Master of Wuzhi Studio, hails from Fuqing, Fujian Province. He is a member of the China Public Security Literature and Art Federation, the China Calligraphers Association, the Fujian Provincial Calligraphers Association, the Fujian Seal Cutting Society, and the Vice Secretary-General of the Fujian Baoshu Academy of Painting and Calligraphy. He is also a member of the Fuzhou Artists Association.
Since childhood, he has been deeply passionate about painting, calligraphy, and seal carving, dedicating himself to the in-depth study of classical schools and styles, immersing himself in art and cultivating insight. He specializes in seal and clerical script, and his seal carvings seek ancient charm with spontaneous expression. He also enjoys watercolor painting and uses brush and ink to express his emotions. He once studied at the Calligraphy, Painting, and Seal Carving Academy of Xiling Seal Engravers Society. His works in painting, calligraphy, and seal carving have been exhibited dozens of times at national and provincial exhibitions, and his outstanding pieces have been broadcast on China Central Digital Television's "Painting and Calligraphy Channel"!
