Zhou Mohan, male, born in Beijing in 1964. Secretary of the Calligraphy and Painting Research Association at the Center for Traditional Chinese Studies, Capital Normal University; signed painter with the China-U.S. Enterprise Summit; signed painter at Beijing Guomoi Jindian Art Academy; member of the Chinese Radio and Television General Administration's Association of Art and Calligraphy. He has long been dedicated to research and creation in freehand-style flower-and-bird painting, especially birds and beasts. His specialty lies in the twelve zodiac animals, particularly freehand-style "horses," which are characterized by their carefree and graceful qualities, forming his unique style and becoming a distinctive school. In recent years, many of his works have been published by Fujian Fine Arts Publishing House and Zhejiang Fine Arts Publishing House, including titles such as "Selected Paintings of Horses by Zhou Mohan, a Famous Contemporary Painter," "Paintings of Sheep by Zhou Mohan, a Modern Painter," and "Selected Paintings of Chickens by the Renowned Painter Zhou Mohan."
