Mao Deng Hua

毛 Denghua, male, Han ethnicity, from Dazu, Chongqing, born in November 1972, Ph.D. in Business Administration. Member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, member of the Sixth Committee for Standardized Writing of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, senior lecturer of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, senior trainer of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Level Examination, council member of the Beijing Renhe Art Academy, registered senior teacher of national standardized writing, member of the Chongqing Youth Calligraphers Association, council member of the Chongqing Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, council member of Shanggu Calligraphy Society, member of the Sichuan Province Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, member of the Dongguan City Hard Pen Calligraphers Association of Guangdong Province, and an outstanding new Dongguan person in the second session of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. He has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood. His works have won more than 80 awards in city, provincial, and national calligraphy competitions. His works have appeared in publications such as "Calligraphy News - Hard Pen Calligraphy", "Calligraphy News", and "Chinese Seal Carving - Ballpoint Pen Calligraphy". His artistic resume is included in "Calligraphy and Painting of the Mao Clan and Mao Family". In 1996, he held a personal calligraphy exhibition at his alma mater Southwest University, where he received on-site guidance and high praise from Professor Xun Yunchang, a renowned calligrapher and master's thesis advisor. He has continued to work on calligraphy ever since.   In 1993, he won the Excellent Award in the "Wutai Mountain Cup" National Youth Calligraphy Competition. In 2019, his work was exhibited in the first "Yande Tang Cup" National Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition. In 2019, he won the Excellent Award in the third "Yidao Yaji Cup" National Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition. In 2019, his work was exhibited in the first "Bao'an Cup" National Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition and the National Youth Standardized Chinese Characters Writing Competition. In 2019, he won the Excellent Award in the fifth "Modian Ziti Cup" National Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition. In 2019, he won the Excellent Award in the sixth "Pinhantang Cup" China National Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition. In 2020, his work was selected for the online exhibition "United in the Fight Against the Epidemic: Great Calligraphy Works" organized by the Chinese Calligraphy Association. In 2020, his calligraphy work was exhibited in the Hong Kong International Artists' Painting and Calligraphy Competition. In 2020, he won the Second Prize in the "Daqin Academy Cup" National Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition titled "Come to Baoji, See China". In 2020, he won the Third Prize in the 12th Issue of "China Good Calligraphy" Regular Script and Running Script Creation Competition.
