Zhou Quanquan, style name Zhe Lu, born in January 1977, from Jiangjin, Chongqing.
Member of China Democratic League, member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the Grass Script Committee of Chongqing Calligraphers Association, vice secretary-general of Chongqing Minmeng Painting Academy, member of Chongqing Guoxue Society, member of Chongqing Poetry Society, director of Literature and Art Institute of Jiangbei Minmeng, vice chairman of Jiangbei District Calligraphers Association.
Awards
