Zhang Tianfu

Zhang Tianfu, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1963, styled Master of Ink Fragrance. Heyuan, Hancheng, Shaanxi Province. Currently a member of the Shaanxi Calligraphers Association, Standing Committee Member of Xi'an Calligraphy Academy, member of Shaanxi Painting and Calligraphy Institute, researcher at Xi'an Collection Association and Institute of Painting and Calligraphy Art, member of Weinan City Calligraphers Association, and council member and Chair of the Large-Character Calligraphy Committee of Hancheng City Calligraphers Association. Influenced by the traditional culture of "Hancheng, the Land of History and Literature," he has been passionate about painting and calligraphy since childhood, diligently practicing hundreds of calligraphic models without ceasing. His works have been exhibited in numerous provincial, municipal, national, and international painting and calligraphy competitions and collected by multiple memorial halls and museums. His works have won first prizes, gold medals, and excellence awards in national, provincial, and municipal painting and calligraphy competitions, and were collected by the "Comrade Kong Fansen Memorial Hall"; his large-character calligraphy work "Thick Virtue Bears All Things" was permanently collected by the Kyoto Museum, Japan, in 2014.
