Song Guoqiang, born in 1982 in Shandong, style name Moshí, hao (artistic name) Dalu. President of Donglin Seal Art Society. First-class Chinese national painter, renowned contemporary seal carver and calligrapher, expert in authentication and collection of calligraphy and paintings, as well as a specialist in Yi Jing and Feng Shui. Member of the China Calligraphers Association, member of the Shandong Provincial Calligraphers Association branch, council member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, professor at Hong Kong Art Exchange Center, inheritor of China's intangible cultural heritage, awarded the title of "Master of World Art" by UNESCO, lifetime honorary vice chairman of the China National Modern Art Research Center, senior academician of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting. Appointed by the State Guesthouse Art Authentication and Review Committee as a specially designated artist for Chinese state guest gifts, specially invited expert at Hong Kong Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, president of Danqing Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, visiting professor at Hebei College of Arts, special artistic advisor for Guangzhou Zhenji Culture Co., Ltd. Recognized by the official website of Chinese Artists as an ambassador for spreading national culture and art.

In 2003, he studied seal carving under Master Lai Yishi at Xiling Seal Engraving Society's studio. In 2005, he was admitted to the undergraduate program in Calligraphy and Seal Carving at the China Academy of Calligraphy. After graduation, he attended the postgraduate course at the China Academy of Art, studying under renowned masters Liu Jiang, Chen Dazhong, and Wang Yongjiang. During the same period, he held a solo exhibition of his calligraphy and seal carving works at the National Art Museum of China in Beijing. During the 2010 ASEAN Expo, his artworks were collected by national leaders from Thailand, Laos, the Philippines, and other countries. Appointed as Artistic Image Ambassador for the Beijing Winter Olympics, he was invited to attend the opening ceremony and created a series of calligraphy and seal carving works themed around the Winter Olympics. The China Philatelic Promotion Center jointly with China Post, telecommunications departments, and coin minting institutions published a philatelic album titled "A Strong Culture Makes a Strong Nation," specially inviting Song Guoqiang to participate, with his works made into postage stamps for issuance.
