Zhang Zhanxiao

Zhang Zhanxiao, male, born in 1955, is from Chang'an, Shaanxi Province. He has loved painting since childhood and has regarded artistic painting as a great pleasure in his spiritual life for decades. Whenever he has free time, he studies painting, frequently seeks guidance from professional artists, and persistently practices his skills, resulting in significant progress in his art. His work has received widespread acclaim throughout the western region, especially his ink paintings of peonies. His ink paintings of peonies have frequently been exhibited, and in August 2018, he won the third prize in the first "Zhonghua Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition.

    He is currently a member of the Fengdong Group Art and Culture Association in Xixian New Area and a member of the Xin Huanxi Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Xi'an.
