Liu Xuebing, male, born in 1967, from Shenyang, Liaoning, currently serves as the Secretary of the Party Branch of the Academy of Famous Artists Calligraphy and Painting and the Secretary of the Party Branch of the Public Welfare Alliance of Calligraphy and Painting Artists.In his youth, Liu Xuebing developed a passion for calligraphy and painting, often copying figures and floral-bird subjects, which laid a solid foundation for his later studies in painting. He later studied under Master Xu Zhan to learn the techniques of floral-bird painting and diligently improved his artistic skills. His current floral-bird paintings are vivid and lifelike. He has won multiple awards in domestic calligraphy and painting competitions, and his works have been collected by leaders and friends from countries such as the United States, Japan, and Germany.
