Fang Naihuai

　　Fang Naihuai, male, style name Haohan, also Zhiyuan; pseudonym, Tiyuanshishi. Native of Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province, later moved to Shanghai, now resides in Hefei City. Born in 1956 in Huaiyuan County, Anhui, into a family of teachers.

        His connection with the art of calligraphy was also self-taught under the inheritance of his family and the influence of his father. His real exchange with the calligraphy circle began in the late 1990s. At that time, the Chinese painting and calligraphy market was booming. Mr. Fang began to make friends, and in Shanghai he became friends with Sun Youkang, a student of Feng Zikai, and exchanged learning with each other. He also visited the chairman of the Shanghai Calligraphers Association, Zhou Huijun, and learned from her. From then on, Mr. Fang Naihuai's research on theory and practice became even more eager. He successively practiced the works of great masters such as "the two Wangs", Liu Gongquan, Su Dongpo, Mi Fu, Sun Guoting, and Ouyang Xun. He has deeply studied all styles including regular script, running script, and cursive script, especially fond of Ouyang Xun's regular script. No effort is wasted. Due to his persistent efforts, he has won first prize in many national calligraphy competitions and Shanghai-organized calligraphy competitions. Mr. Fang Naihuai also joined the membership of the World Federation of Chinese Overseas. At the same time, he also met famous calligraphers, diplomats Pan Xinming; senior generals, famous calligraphers Zhang Tingxu; senior generals, famous calligraphers Shi Xiangbin, etc. He was also interviewed by reporters from China Central Television and took photos together.
