Zhu Daoping

 Zhu Daoping , male, born in 1949, native of Huangyan, Zhejiang. Specializes in Chinese painting, particularly landscape painting. Graduated from the Art Department of Nanjing University of the Arts. In 1994, awarded the Special Government Allowance by the State Council and honored as an Outstanding Middle-aged and Young Expert of Jiangsu Province. His work was first selected for the National Art Exhibition in 1973; since then, he has participated annually in major national and provincial exhibitions, including the 7th and 8th National Art Exhibitions. Held his first solo exhibition at an art museum in 1986, and has since held numerous solo exhibitions both domestically and internationally. Published works include “Zhu Daoping’s Landscape Sketches,” “Selected Landscape Works of Zhu Daoping,” and “Fine Ink Works Collection of Zhu Daoping.”  Zhu Daoping’s works have been repeatedly exhibited in large-scale national art exhibitions and have won multiple awards. He has held solo exhibitions successively in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, and the United States. Graduated from the Art Department of Nanjing University of the Arts in 1977. Previously served as Technical Director at Zhenjiang Arts and Crafts Company. Currently serves as Council Member of the China Artists Association, National First-Class Artist, Director of Nanjing Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Vice Chairman of Jiangsu Artists Association, Vice Chairman of Nanjing Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Chairman of Nanjing Artists Association. In 1994, awarded the Special Government Allowance by the State Council and honored as an Outstanding Middle-aged and Young Expert of Jiangsu Province.
