Lin Zhitai

        Lin Zhitai: Born in 1956, from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.   Currently a member of Xiling Seal Society, member of China Large-Character Calligraphy Association, council member of Zhejiang Large-Character Calligraphy Association, and vice president and secretary-general of Hangzhou Dongpo Painting Academy. He studied under the grandmaster of large-character calligraphy, Sha Menghai,   has been passionately devoted to calligraphy since childhood, extensively practicing renowned ancient scripts, and has diligently practiced for decades, laying a solid foundation in traditional calligraphy. His calligraphy is elegant and spirited, simple and authentic, harmoniously blending strength and gentleness, forming a unique style that is both disciplined and naturally fluid, especially excelling in large-character calligraphy and running-cursive script, earning high praise from many experts.

Exhibitions and Awards:

In 2012, won the Gold Prize in the "Sha Menghai Cup" Large-Character Calligraphy Competition hosted by Xiling Seal Society.

In 2014–2018, was selected for three consecutive editions of the "Contemporary Large-Character Calligraphy Joint Exhibition" organized by the China Large-Character Calligraphy Association and published in its catalog, winning the Gold Prize each time.
