Li Jing was born in Shanxi, China, and is a young Chinese multimedia visual director and digital media visual designer, as well as a member of the China Society of Stage Design.
Li Jing began formal painting training at the age of ten, and after years of professional artistic training, he continued his studies at the School of Art, Renmin University of China, graduating in 2006 with a major in New Media Art.
Inspired by his passion for contemporary multimedia installation art, Li Jing has dedicated himself to researching multimedia visual art in theater, deeply exploring and experimenting with the relationship between imagery and the spatial and dimensional context in which it exists—particularly in specific venues. The creation of visual art and installations for stage performances has provided Li Jing with a broader artistic horizon. Over the past decade, his research and experiments have spanned multiple fields including stage multimedia installation design, multimedia dynamic imagery, multimedia visual music, multimedia interactive installations, and multimedia architectural projection, resulting in the design and creation of nearly one hundred multimedia stage video installation artworks.
