Yang Tingbi, Manchu, graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Ningxia University. Member of the Ningxia Artists Association, member of the Ningxia Calligraphy and Painting Art Promotion Association, art teacher at Helan No.1 Middle School. His artworks have won multiple awards at regional, municipal, and county levels and have been collected.
