Kang Pingliang, born in 1963 in Inner Mongolia, graduated from the three-year Advanced Calligraphy Research Class of the China Calligraphers Association, member of the Inner Mongolia Calligraphers Association, member of the Inner Mongolia Artists Association, first-class calligrapher and painter of the Beijing Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, member of the Committee of Corporate Artists of the China Enterprise Culture Promotion Association, contracted calligrapher and painter of the Beijing Ink & Vermilion Calligraphy and Painting Academy, director of Kangli Calligraphy and Art Studio, member of the Bayan Nur City Calligraphers Association, member of the Bayan Nur City Artists Association.
