Deng Bowen

    Deng Bowen (original name: Deng Wenfu)

Professional painter; studied at Sun Qifeng Studio, Renmin University of China, and Sun Kai Studio, Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, under the mentorship of renowned artists Sun Qifeng, Sun Kai, Kuang Xiaojin, Wang Yushan, Ma Xinlin, Ji Ruisen, Wang Ziguo, and others. Has held multiple solo and group exhibitions in Guangzhou, Panyu, and other locations. His works have been auctioned by multiple companies including Beijing-Guangxi, Rongde, and Guangdong Auction House, and have been featured and interviewed by numerous media outlets such as China Fine Arts Newspaper, Guangzhou Daily, Yangcheng Evening News, Private Economy Newspaper, and Charm Hunan. Recognized by the art collection community as one of the most collectible young painters.

Currently: Member of the China Artists Association, Teaching Assistant at Sun Kai Studio, Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, Visiting Scholar at Sun Qifeng Studio, Renmin University of China, Council Member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Member of the Hunan Artists Association, Member of the Hunan Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of the Painting Committee of Yiyang City, Vice President of the Yiyang City Chinese Painting Society, Chairman of the Yiyang City Heshan District Artists Association.

 

2016: Work "Chinese Dream, Path to Revival" won the Membership Qualification Award at the National Exhibition of Chinese Paintings Commemorating the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China (China Artists Association).

2017: Work "Mirror, Dance of the City" was selected for the National Exhibition of Chinese Paintings (China Artists Association).

2017: Work "Guardianship" was selected for the Fourth Hunan Province Bird-and-Flower Painting Exhibition.

2018: Work "Greetings from the New Year" was selected for the National Exhibition of Chinese Paintings "Shanshui Yandu, Colorful Zhaoqing" (China Artists Association).

2019: Work "Summer Solstice, Rhythm of Youth" was selected for the Twenty-Four Solar Terms Chinese Painting Exhibition (China Artists Association).

2019: Work "The City Is More Beautiful Because of Me" was selected for the First Hunan Province Chinese Painting Biennial (China Artists Association).

2019: Work "Ancient Melody, Contemporary Style" was selected for the Jing Shang Danqing National Chinese Painting Exhibition (China Artists Association).
