Contemporary horse painter Liu Yuanming

Liu Yuanming, also known as Yanming, is a national first-class artist, the vice president of the Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the Ministry of Culture, and the vice president of the Chinese Famous Artists Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute,BeijingDean of the Pentium Painting Academy (Zhongzhi), painter of the figure painting studio of Rongbaozhai Painting Academy. In the 1980s, he studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and his works were exhibited more than ten times at the National Art Museum of China, including at the Museum of Chinese History,XinjiangUrumqi Art MuseumHunanArt museumsJilin省博物院，深圳博物馆，徐悲鸿纪念馆等地举办十几次个人作品展，同时多次参加国内外大型画展，曾在美国纽约获国际大奖，在Hong Kong获世界华人艺术大展大奖，中国美术馆获金牌奖，获“世界杰出华人艺术家”称号。部分作品被Beijing人民大会堂，中南海，美国、加拿大，德国、法国、英国、澳大利亚、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、日本等国家，Taiwan、香港地区及北京中国美术馆、深圳博物馆，湖南省美术馆，新疆乌鲁木齐美术馆等机构收藏。名字被收入《当代中国美术名家大辞典》、《当代中国书画名家宝鉴》、《世界当代书画家大辞典》、《现代国际书画名家教授大辞典》、《世界优秀专家人才名典》等多部辞书。曾出版《刘院明人体画选》、《刘院明画选》、《刘院明国画选》、《刘院明国画作品选》等个人作品集，向国内外发行。
