Xi Zhongman (formerly known as Xi Zhongman), male, also known as Xiangye Scarecrow and Grassroots. Born in 1955GuangxiNanning, college educated, member of the Communist Party of China, retired civil servant from government agencies. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, the Chinese Huaxia Wanli Xingshu Painters Association, the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Exchange Promotion Association, the Nanning Calligraphers Association in Guangxi, the Executive Vice President of the Tongbaotang Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Nanning, and the Vice President of the Guangxi Maoti Calligraphers Association. I have had a passion for calligraphy practice since I was young. I enjoy collecting and copying calligraphy masterpieces from ancient people and celebrities, especially the European style Kai script. At the same time, I have a special fondness for cursive and clerical script, and am good at gathering the strengths of various schools, with a focus on the writing techniques of the two kings. I started practicing Xuan paper creation in the 1970s, and I learned basic calligraphy skills from the famous calligrapher Lu Dingshan in Guangxi. In recent years, Guangjiao calligraphy colleagues have absorbed the essence of famous artists with an open mind. Especially in the creation of artistic composition, I strive to continuously improve my calligraphy skills and level. My work has participated in provincial (regional) and municipal exhibitions and competitions, and has won numerous awards. In 2018, calligraphy works participated in the second national conference; The Chinese Lingzhi Cup "competition won a bronze medal. Personal calligraphy masterpieces have been included in books such as "New China Artists Encyclopedia", "Chinese Artists", and "Hanmo Chinese Style". My calligraphy works have been published multiple times in the Guangxi "Party Conduct and Clean Governance" magazine and urban newspapers. There are still works collected by cultural and media institutions such as the World Literature Federation and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Library.
